Our commitment
Vyra Dating & Meeting has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Vyra Dating & Meeting is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and older. Users must confirm that they are at least 18 years old before completing account setup.
Prohibited conduct
Users must not create, upload, distribute, request, promote, facilitate, or engage in content or behavior involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors
- Grooming minors for sexual purposes
- Sextortion involving minors
- Soliciting sexual images or content involving minors
- Sexualization of minors
- Trafficking or exploitation of children
- Attempts to use Vyra to contact minors for sexual purposes
In-app reporting and blocking
Vyra provides in-app safety tools that allow users to report profiles, messages, live content, comments, video interactions, and other behavior, including suspected underage users and child-safety concerns.
Users may also block other users when necessary.
How Vyra responds
When Vyra obtains actual knowledge of content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, we may take appropriate action including:
- Removing prohibited content
- Suspending or permanently disabling accounts
- Restricting access to Vyra services
- Preserving information when legally required
- Investigating associated reports and accounts
- Cooperating with law enforcement and child-safety authorities
Reporting confirmed CSAM
Vyra complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. When confirmed CSAM or other reportable child sexual exploitation is identified, Vyra will follow applicable legal requirements and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional or national authority as required by law.
Adult-only service
Vyra Dating & Meeting is an 18+ dating and social platform. Accounts identified as belonging to persons under 18 may be suspended or removed.
